Becoming a Client

As our client, we ask that you:

  • Give our partnership the time, attention and financing it deserves to meet your goals;
  • Tell your National Bank Financial financial advisor about material changes in your life and, where appropriate, involve us at an early stage so adjustments can be made to your long-term plan and to your investments, if necessary;
  • Tell your advisor or branch manager if you are uncomfortable or unsure of anything concerning your investments or the advice you have received. Failure to do so may deprive National Bank Financial (and your advisor) of an opportunity to serve you better;
  • Be open and candid about your expectations of National Bank Financial and of you advisor in terms of performance and service. Tell us what those expectations are, and we'll tell you whether we think we can meet them;
  • Enter into our relationship in the spirit of equal partnership and balance of responsibilities. We are, after all, entering into a business partnership aimed at achieving some of your most important goals.
